Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Management Engineer to join our team in the Hill AFB, Ogden, UT area. This will be supporting the Integration Support Contract (ISC) 2.0. Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develops and maintains contract data management programs and plans, and
Tracks the status of data deliverables
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable government standards, regulations, and technical orders relating to the maintenance, change andcontrol of deliverable requirements design and product specification documents, engineering drawings, etc.
BS degree in Engineering Management, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field + 4 years of experience
MS degree + 2 years of experience
PHD + 1 year of experience
Creativity and strong problem-solving skills
Advanced abilities in Unix and Linux and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office are desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
Knowledge of configuration/data management principles and configuration management systems
Familiarity with CAD tools and configuration management systems helpful
Experience working with digital data and helping users navigate complex applications desirable
Contractor shall obtain and maintain certifications as required by current versions of AFMAN17-1303, DoDI 8570.01 -M, and other applicable laws and regulations
Professional Engineering License desired
Systems Engineering Certification desired
Other relevant core and advanced certifications as established/required per local, national and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointment
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to receive and maintain a Top-Secret Level Security Clearance
- Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information
