QuantiTech is currently seeking a Weapon System Command & Controls Test & Evaluation Engineer to support our customer in Hill AFB, Utah.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Provide technical support to the ICBM Combined Test Force (CTF) Lead Developmental Test & Evaluation Organization (LDTO) in development test and evaluation (T&E) activities for AF Nuclear Weapons Center missile systems.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary government and contractor team to plan, test, analyze, and report through multiple program acquisition phases.
Support developmental test & evaluation oversight of Weapon System Command and Control to assess performance against stated program requirements.
Review/incorporate cybersecurity requirements into T&E activities.
Coordinate with the program office and contractor to develop, review, and implement test plans for all levels of hardware assemblies and software builds.
Maintain cognizance of all assigned CTF/Test Team engineering activities.
Assess test support and systems integration progress and trends of testing, identify problems and areas of concern for assigned systems.
Support periodic reviews of test support and systems integration test results and test plan status. Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Integrated Test Teams (ITTs) as appropriate.
Provide technical support and advocate integrated approaches of engineering efforts and support of test activities for which existing guidelines may not be available or applicable.
Serve as a test team participant in the development of overall plans such as the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), System Test Plan (STP), Developmental Test (DT) Report, recommendation for IOT&E readiness, and other technical documents.
Must currently possess an active and transferrable DoD security clearance with active investigation.

Familiarity with systems integration with expertise in the areas of subsystems integration to include ICBM command and control systems is highly desired.
Familiarity with nuclear certification and independent verification and validation (IV&V) is highly desired.
Familiarity with operational cybersecurity requirements is highly desired.
