General Electric Quality Control Specialist 3rd Shift in Logan, Utah
The Quality Control Documentation Specialist prepares Certificates of Analysis on finished
products and raw materials to required timelines. The Specialist also performs transactions in the
electronic inventory management system to release product after QA approval. The Specialist will
review raw QC data as part of the COA preparation to ensure products meet established
specifications. The Specialist works together with other departments to coordinate the release of
•Prepare Certificates of Analysis according to specifications in compliance with documented
procedures and in accordance with stipulated deadlines
•Complete transactions in the electronic inventory management system to maintain product and
raw material status control.
•Report inspection results with those responsible for products, materials and/or facilities, and
recommend necessary corrective actions where necessary
•To maintain accurate and inspectable paper and electronic records
•To establish and maintain good working relationships with all internal and external customers
•Drive LEAN implementation as required
•Comply with EHS regulations & policies
•Act as an authorized Quality Control signatory
•Assist QC Manager with projects relating to the responsibilities of the position
Associates degree (Science) with reasonable work experience OR equivalent relevant work
experience equal to or greater than 5 years.
