Take the next step in advancing your career and come join us!Our Salt Lake City office is currently seeking a Water Resources Engineer in Training IIJob Responsibilities include:* Assist with engineering tasks such as collection and analysis of data.* Prepare preliminary calculations and designs of treatment processes, piping, and pumping facilities.* Check design computations and quantity estimates.* Assist with development of reports, specifications and plans for water distribution, storage and treatment facilities, and wastewater conveyance, pumping and treatment facilities.* Assist in client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.* Occasional field work and travel will be required.RequirementsJob Requirements include:* BS in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering with an emphasis in water-wastewater engineering* MS in Environmental Engineering is preferred, but not required* Must possess Engineer Intern (EI) certification* Strong verbal, computer, and organizational skills* Strong technical writing skills* Previous experience with engineering design and analysis software is a plus* AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency preferred* 0-4 years experienceEqual Opportunity Employer: Minorities, Women, Veterans, DisabilitiesEqual Opportunity Employer-Protected Veterans-Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
