Descriptiona.i. solutions is seeking a driven individual who will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Quality, Safety and Mission Assurance Directorate providing support to the BMDS Assurance Integration organization. This roles responsibility will involve on-site activities at supplier or sub-supplier facilities to provide insight into executing MDA Assurance policies and requirements. The ideal candidate will understand the importance of providing timely support to all tasks and will be a motivated individual experienced in taking initiative to identify and solve problems. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to embrace the a.i. solutions mission and work to continually exceed the expectations of our customers.Essential Roles and Responsibilities: * Provide monitoring and oversight of rocket motor manufacturing and production activities* Review Government requirements documents and supplier hardware technical requirements for assurance compliance and assist with addressing issues* Review of manufacturing planning, monitoring workmanship, performing FOD-ESD-tool control walkthroughs, support Material Review Boards, monitor and track supplier issues, monitor hardware and human safety* Support engineering reviews, technical interchange meetings, monitor configuration management, monitor testing and qualification activities, support Failure Review Boards, support change control boards, and monitor software control* Review and assess build plans compared to actual build and test results. Assist in identifying gaps and preparing the analysis* Interface with local DCMA, MDA program engineering, MDA quality technical experts, and supplier engineering, manufacturing, quality and senior management* Perform facility assessments, MDA evaluations, mission focused audits, manufacturing assessments and technical and mission assurance reviews identifying issues, concerns, risks and proposed resolutions* Perform on-site evaluation, review, survey, facility assessment and inspection of supplier management and work activities, operations, documentation, software and metrics* Develop and propose solutions to government customers to resolve supplier issues occurring during fabrication, assembly, test, handling or shipping which affect system integrity* Work with contractor suppliers to implement solutions and corrective actions* Monitor contractor supplier progress in implementation and execution of developed solutions* Develop and brief charts to Senior Managers regarding supplier issues and resolutions including issues identified, recognized risks, proposed solutions, and supplier progress* Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills to foster efficient workflow across multiple parties including government customers, technical staff, and other contractors* Coordinate organizational deliverables* Travel to support various review and audit activities on...
