Kimley-Horn Senior Roadway Project Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah
Description
We are seeking a motivated Senior Roadway Project Manager to coordinate and lead the design and delivery of projects while leading marketing and business development efforts in the Greater Salt Lake City area and across Utah.
Ideal background:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineer
Registered PE in the state of Utah
10 or more years of diversified experience in all facets of roadway design in the greater Salt Lake City area including at least 5 years directly managing projects
Experience with business development and marketing including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work
Strong working relationships with local municipalities and county and state agencies
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.
Demonstrated ability to manage municipal roadway projects profitably
