SupraNaturals, LLC Automation and Electrical Maintenance Specialist in SPRINGVILLE, Utah


Performs a variety of advanced, technical, and skilled duties as needed to assure the effective and efficient operation of process / production equipment and machinery.


  • Must have the ability to program, design, simulate, test and validate process equipment and machinery.

  • Must have sound understanding of electron theory and the control of all types of sensors in relation to pressure, temperature, relative motion, weight, etc.

  • Must be able diagnose and troubleshoot any type of processing or ancillary equipment problems found in a modern food processing plant.

  • Must possess creative thinking skills, and have a detail-oriented personality.

  • Performs journey level skilled duties in support of all process / production equipment. Provides timely assistance to all equipment operators in a professional manner as needed.

  • Must have good knowledge of NEC and electrical systems.

  • Monitors equipment operations; assures that equipment is set up and operating according to manufacturer?s specifications; studies various manuals and manufacturer specifications; interprets blueprints, schematics and diagrams as needed to analyze and resolve malfunctions.

  • Evaluates engineering alternatives and makes recommendations to the Technical Maintenance Manager for design and set up; installs and maintains electrical and mechanical systems as required.

  • The ability to communicate well to other members of the Technical Maintenance and Engineering team.

Graduation from High School; plus Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent or Five (5) years experience performing above or related duties.


  • Working knowledge of general electrical automation and mechanical engineering concepts, theories, practices and procedures.

  • Ability to avoid and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing with operators, technicians, vendors, contractors, and management.

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without aid of equipment.

  • Forklift certified.


The employee may be required to left and/or move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.


Generally performs in an open manufacturing facility and participates in the maintenance of equipment. Task include: walking, standing, stooping, sitting, reaching, climbing and lifting. Normal eye, hand and finger dexterity are required. Some exposure to high voltage, pneumatic and hydraulic pressure systems and mechanical pinch point hazards may exist.
